上次去酒園渡假時,有一堆雞腿排本來想做我奶奶拿手的紅燒雞,給我剛動完手術的姑姑吃家鄉味,但是吃的實在太多了,所以我就改做成了照燒雞腿排,烤完剛出爐就被搶光,跟本都還來不及放到我準備的盤子裡,大家都搶著吃,也都跟我要食譜。現在才有時間寫出來,大家試試看喔~
份量: 4 人份
材料
雞腿 4 隻
牛排香料 2 大匙
油 1 大匙
照燒醬 1 杯
作法
1. 拿一烤盤,鋪上鋁箔紙,刷上一點油。
2. 將雞腿洗淨擦乾,兩面都灑上牛排香料,放到烤盤上,皮面向上。
3. 進預熱375度F的烤箱烤約40分鐘,拿出淋上照燒醬,再進烤箱烤10分鐘,配上白飯和小菜。

Teriyaki Chicken Leg Quarters
Ingredients
Chicken leg quarters 4 pieces
McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning 2 tablespoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Teriyaki sauce 1 cup
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with foil, brush with oil or cooking spray.
2. Wash and pat dry the chicken leg quarters, sprinkle with steak seasoning, place on baking sheet, skin side up.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degree, bake the chicken leg quarters for 40 minutes, take out the baking sheet and drizzle with teriyaki sauce, bake for additional 10 minutes, serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
