這個飯去年做了兩次火雞,每次都有人點這道炒飯,今年就直接做了吧!! 加了咖哩粉很合中國胃口的~
份量: 8 人份
A材料
奶油 ¼ 杯
西洋芹,切小丁 2 杯
洋蔥丁 1 杯
橄欖油 2 大匙
香米 2 杯
B材料
雞湯 5 杯
香菇片 1 杯
蔓越莓乾 1 杯
蒜頭粉 1 小匙
咖哩粉 1 小匙
鹽和黑胡椒適量
C 材料
巴西里屑 ¼ 杯
松子,烤過 ½ 杯
作法
1. 將奶油拿一大炒鍋加熱融化,將芹菜丁和洋蔥丁一起下去炒香,大約2-3分鐘,再來加米下鍋去炒香,大約4-5分鐘。
2. 將B料加入鍋內攪勻,小火滾大約20分鐘直到米飯熟透,離火。
3. 灑上C料,趁熱吃。

Cranberry Rice Pilaf
A Ingredients
Butter ¼ cup
Celery, chopped 2 cups
Onion, chopped 1 cup
Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Long grain rice 2 cups
B Ingredients
Chicken broth 5 cups
Mushroom, sliced 1 cup
Dried cranberries 1 cup
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Curry powder 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste
C Ingredients
Parsley, minced ¼ cup
Pine nuts, toasted ½ cup
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large sauté pan, cook celery and onion until tender, around 2-3 minutes, then add the rice to pan, stir for about 4-5 minutes.
2. Add B ingredients to blend, simmer for about 20 minutes till the rice is cooked through, remove from heat.
3. Sprinkle with C ingredient, serve hot.
