家裡有一些菜尾的炸螃蟹,想了想,就拿來炒那一包放了許久的年糕片吧,不知道為什麼,對於炒年糕我總有一種懼怕,好像自己炒是炒不好的,炒年糕通常也都是大餐廳裡的菜,我想起因是我媽咪以前常說,年糕只有我家老爸炒的最好吃,造成了我的恐懼! 爸媽搬走了後,自己想吃年糕,就咬著牙買來做,反正好吃不好吃,到了肚子裡都一樣了,結果發覺年糕不但好炒,還變化多端,乾的濕的通通好吃,今天這盤就是乾炒的,味道好香,一下子就被吃光了呢!!

 

A材料

年糕片                1

麻油                   ½ 小匙

炸螃蟹塊            8

橄欖油               2 大匙

芹菜丁                2

蔥,切段            2

                        4

橄欖油                1 大匙

 

B醬料

醬油                    2 小匙

魚露                    2 小匙

                        2 小匙

紅辣椒片            1 小匙

                           適量

 

作法

1. 拿一個小型不沾煎鍋,加熱一大匙的橄欖油,熱了後把四顆蛋打下去,用筷子攪成炒蛋。

2. 拿一湯鍋煮滾水,放入年糕片和麻油,煮大約3 分鐘,直到年糕片QQ的,撈出。

3. 另拿一個炒鍋,加熱2 大匙橄欖油,熱後放入炸螃蟹塊,炒熱後加芹菜丁,炒蛋,再把煮熟的年糕片和蔥段加入一起炒,放入B醬料調味。

Crab and Rice Cake Stir Fry

 

A Ingredients

Rice Cake Ovalettes              1 package

Sesame oil                           ½ teaspoon

Fried crab pieces                    8 pieces

Olive oil                                 2 tablespoon

Celery, chopped                     2 cups

Scallion, long chunks             2 pieces

Eggs                                       4 pieces

Olive oil                                 1 tablespoon

 

B Ingredients

Soy sauce                               2 teaspoon

Fish sauce                              2 teaspoon

Sugar                                     2 teaspoon

Red pepper flakes                 1 teaspoon

Salt                                       to taste

Direction:

1. Scramble eggs in a small, non-stick frying pan with the olive oil.

2. Boil water in a medium sauce pot, when the water comes up to a boil, add the rice cakes and sesame oil, cook about 3 minutes, until al dente, drain.

3. In a medium frying pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the fried crap pieces, stir to heat up, then add the celery, scrambled eggs, scallions, and the cooked rice cakes, stir in B Ingredients, serve hot.
