巧克力核桃餅乾  

那天在Nana家做了個鬆餅粉餅乾,好友Raquel就叫我要再做那樣的餅乾給她吃,唉,她實在太愛吃餅乾了,不過說真的,這個餅乾好吃到讓我自己都多吃了好幾個,而且是晚上11點多,真是害了我,在減肥呢!!!

 

份量: 24

 

A材料

麵粉                       290

小蘇打粉                  ½ 小匙

                              ½ 小匙

 

B材料

奶油                       170

紅糖                       140

白砂糖                     90

 

C材料

香草精                       1 大匙

                               1

蛋黃                           1

 

D材料

巧克力豆                   250

核桃                           200

 

作法

1. 預熱烤箱350°F/180°C。將A材料過篩備用。將C材料全部量進一個碗中。

2. B材料一起打勻,打發,再徐徐加入C材料一起打勻。

3. A材料分3次加入,均勻就好,不可過度攪拌,再將D材料拌入。

4. 將餅乾糊分成自己喜歡的大小,放在鋪了烤盤紙的烤盤上,350°F/180°C烤約11-13分鐘,端看餅乾大小,若是烤巨無霸餅乾,大約要15-17 分鐘。移至空心架放涼。

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

 

A Ingredients

All-purpose flour                       2 cups

Baking soda                              ½ teaspoon

Salt                                            ½ teaspoon

 

B Ingredients

unsalted butter, half melted      ¾ cup

Packed brown sugar                  1 cup

White sugar                               ½ cup

 

C Ingredients

Vanilla extract                            1 tablespoon

Egg                                          1 piece

Egg yolk                                  1 piece

 

D Ingredients

Semisweet chocolate chips     1 ½  cups

Walnuts                                    1 cup

 

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Sift all A ingredients into a mixing bowl.  Then measure all C ingredients into another bowl, reserve both. 

 

2. Beat B Ingredients until blended, then add the reserved C ingredients, beat until fluffy.  

 

3. Add the A Ingredients in 3 batches, stir just to blend, don’t over stir to create gluten in the dough or weight down the cookies.  Mix in the chocolate chips and walnuts. 

 

4. Place tablespoon size cookie dough onto parchment lined baking sheets.  Bake at 350°F for about 11-13 minutes depending on the size of the cookies. If it’s a giant cookie, flatten the dough will make the cookie bake evenly, around 15-17 minutes.  Transfer to wired rack to cool. 

 

Serving: 24 cookies
