要去滑雪,所以自己發明了這道簡單又容易做的料理,就不用出門餐餐吃外面,還真美味,我還適做加了一小匙美乃滋的,味道也很好喔! 旅行的時候能夠自己做飯也可以減少水土不服的不適感,可以試試喔~


份量: 2 人份



意大利麵條                      4 oz

鮪魚罐頭(整塊的)            1

小蕃茄 (切半)                   1

青醬                                  ½





  1. 將意大利麵用包裝上的指示煮熟,不要太熟。
  2. 將切半的小蕃茄放入一大碗中,蓋上熱騰騰剛煮熟的麵條悶一下蕃茄,將青醬倒入稍拌一下,加入沒有瀝乾水份的鮪魚罐頭,拌勻,加鹽和黑胡椒粉調味。




Tuna Pesto Pasta


I created this recipe for the Lake Mammoth skiing trip.  All the ingredients are easy to pack and cook.  These creative ideas save us a lot of money and calories eating out.  It’s a lot healthier to eat at home and not get sick when traveling to new places. 




Spaghetti                                4 oz

Tuna can(solid white)            1 can

Grape tomatoes (cut in half)   1 cup

Pesto sauce                              ½ cup

Salt and pepper to taste




  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instruction to al dente.
  2. Put the grape tomatoes in a mixing bowl, cover them with hot spaghetti noodles, pour pesto sauce in and mix gently.  Add the can of tuna (slightly broken, undrained) and mix until blended, add salt and pepper to taste.
