最近開始有點冷了,奇怪,海邊還沒去過兩次,就這麼冷了,這天氣實在是怪的不像話,老爺又想減肥了,好吧,我就來發明幾樣好吃暖胃又低卡的食譜吧!! 要是不要太多卡,也可以不要放酸奶和脆餅喔!!
份量: 4 人份
A 材料
高麗菜,剝小片 ¼ 顆
綠花椰菜,剝小顆 1 顆
水 3-5 杯
牛肉湯塊 2 塊
鹽與黑胡椒粉適量
B材料
酸奶 ¼ 杯
義大利脆餅,切小塊 ½ 杯
作法
1. 將所有A材料放入一湯鍋中煮滾,轉中小火慢煮30 分鐘,煮到菜變軟。
2. 將所有煮過的材料放入一果汁機中打碎,盛出。
3. 將湯汁放入小碗中,中間放一團酸奶,再放上義大利脆餅碎片。

Healthy Vegetable Soup
A Ingredients
Cabbage ¼ head
Broccoli 1 crown
Water 3-5 cup
Beef bouillon 2 pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
B Ingredients
Sour cream ¼ cup
Biscotti, broken ½ cup
Directions:
1. Cook all A ingredients in a soup pot until boiling, turn the stove to medium and slowly boil for about 30 minutes, until vegetables are softened.
2. Puree all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
3. To serve, spoon soup into individual serving bowls, dollop with sour cream, sprinkle with broken biscotti.
