好友展嘉到部落格看了昨天的皮塔餅後,留言說配鮪魚沙拉一定不錯,這主意真好,今天就應觀眾要求做了一個鮪魚沙拉配皮塔餅,不知道跟她想像中的一樣不一樣?!

 

份量: 2 人份

A材料

皮塔餅                       3

橄欖油                       1 大匙

Ranch沙拉醬            2 大匙

馬自拉起司               ¾

芝麻菜                       1

 

B材料

鮪魚罐頭,瀝乾       2

美乃滋                      ¼

紅椒,切小丁          ¼

水煮蛋,切大丁       2

玉米粒                      ½

白砂糖                       1 大匙

鹽與黑胡椒適量

 

作法

 

1. B材料攪拌一起。

2. 將皮塔餅放在噴了噴霧油的烤盤上,用刷子在皮塔餅的外圈(沒料處)刷上橄欖油,再抹上Ranch沙拉醬,再將拌好的鮪魚沙拉堆到餅中間,

3. 灑上馬自拉起司,進預熱400度的烤箱,放上層,烤8-9 分鐘,拿出來後上面加一些芝麻菜,再點綴一片起司,趁熱吃。

Baked Tuna Salad Pita

 

A Ingredients

Pita bread                   3 slices

Olive oil                     1 tablespoon

Ranch dressing          2 tablespoon

Mozzarella cheese    ¾ cups

Arugula                      1 cup

 

B Ingredients

Tuna cans, drained                    2 cans

Mayonnaise                               ¼ cup

Red bell pepper, chopped         ¼ cup

Hard boiled egg, chopped          2 heads

Corn                                          ½ cup

Sugar                                          1 tablespoon

 

Directions:

 

1. Mix B ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

2. Place the pita breads on a lightly oiled baking pan, brush the rim with olive oil, spread the inner circle with Ranch dressing, then pile the tuna salad onto the center.

3. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top, bake on a top shelf, 400 degree oven for 8-9 minutes, or until cheese melted, remove from oven, add some arugula on top, garnish with a slice of cheese, serve hot.
