這個蛋糕烤的時候整個屋子都有奶油核果的香味,進門的人都說好香好香!! 讓我家老爺帶去公司分同事吃,大家都說好吃!! 但是這是美國人的甜度,香歸香我還是不敢多吃!!

 

份量: 18 大塊

 

A材料

奶油核果蛋糕預拌粉      1

無糖椰子絲                      2

巧克力豆                          1

奶油糖果豆                      1

核果                                  2

鍊乳                                  ½

 

B盒裝預拌粉所需材料*

                                      3

蔬菜油                           1/3

                                  1 ¼

 

作法

1. 把預拌粉和B材料拌勻,倒入一個鋪了烤盤紙加噴霧油的13x9烤盤中,在麵糊上灑上核果,巧克力豆,奶油糖果豆,和無糖椰子絲,將鍊乳以很細的方格淋在這蛋糕糊上。

2. 在預熱350 度的烤箱中烤30分鐘,出爐後放涼30分鐘才可脫模切塊。

Butter Pecan Bar

 

A Ingredients

Butter scotch Cake mix                1 box

Unsweetened coconut flakes         2 cups

Semi-sweet chocolate morsels      1 cup

Butterscotch morsels                     1 cup

Pecans                                           2 cups

Condensed milk                           ½ cup

 

B Ingredients

Eggs                      3 pieces

Vegetable oil      1/3 cup

Water                1 ¼ cup

 

1. Mix the butter pecan cake mix and B ingredients, pour into a parchment paper lined, cooking sprayed 13x9 baking pan, sprinkle with pecan, chocolate morsels, butterscotch morsels, and unsweetened coconut flakes, drizzle the condensed milk onto the batter.

2. Bake at a preheated oven, 350 degree for 30 minutes, let cool 30 minutes before de-molding and cutting.

 

Serving: 18 pieces
