用昨天做的雞蛋布里歐吐司來做一個不一樣的火腿三明治,色香味俱全喔!!  我可憐的弟弟 John John 被我抓來吃邊邊,所以切下來的邊邊也沒浪費喔,尤其這個三明治的邊邊料很多,火腿和蛋都好大塊,我就把剩下的生菜蕃茄通通疊一起做了一個吐司邊邊沙拉,有創意吧!!

 

份量: 2 人份

 

A材料

吐司麵包                          6

芝麻菜                              1

蕃茄,切片                      1

火腿,大片                      2

芥末起司片                       4

沙拉米火腿,小片         12

苜宿芽                              2

紫洋蔥絲                         ¼

 

B材料

                                6

牛奶                            2 大匙

藍紋起司,剝塊        1 大匙

鹽與黑胡椒適量

橄欖油                       2 大匙

 

C材料

美乃滋                2 大匙

白砂糖                1 小匙

蘋果西打醋       ¼ 小匙

作法

1. 拿一小不沾鍋加熱B材料中的橄欖油,再將其它的B材料打勻,下鍋去煎至金黃,要煎厚厚的,才可以增加三明治的高度,用菜剷將蛋排分兩份。

2. 吐司麵包抹上拌勻的C材料,下層擺上芝麻菜,蕃茄片,火腿,芥末起司片,,蓋上一片抹了C醬的吐司,另一面再抹C醬,擺上沙拉米火腿,一半的蛋排,紫洋蔥絲,苜宿芽,再蓋上一快抹了C醬的吐司。

3. 將邊邊切掉,每一個三明治再切成四份,用牙籤固定。

迷你鮪魚堡       雜糧總匯三明治

Mini Club Sandwich

 

A Ingredients

Toast slices                               6 slices

Arugula                                    1 cup

Tomato, sliced                          1 head

Ham                                          2 slices

Horseradish cheddar cheese     4 slices

Salami ham                              12 slices

Clover sprouts mix                    2 cups

Red onion, shredded                ¼ cup

 

B Ingredients

Eggs                                            6

Milk                                            2 tablespoon

Gorgonzola cheese, chunks        2 tablespoon     

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil                                      2 tablespoon  

 

C Ingredients

Mayonnaise                 2 tablespoon

Sugar                           1 teaspoon

Apple cider vinegar    ¼ teaspoon

 

Directions:

 

1. Heat up the olive oil in B in a non-stick small round skillet, blend the other B ingredients together, cook till golden brown, but not too tough, divide egg into two portions.

2. Mix C ingredients in a small bowl, spread C sauce on toasts slices, on the bottom toast, place the arugula, tomato slices, ham, and horseradish cheddar cheese, then add another piece of toast(spread with C sauce) place the salami, egg, clover sprouts, red onion, top with another slice of toast.

3. Cut the edges, then cut each sandwich into 4 equal portions, secure with toothpicks.
