這道炒飯是在 Yucatan 美麗洋房 裡第一次炒出來的,那時想吃炒飯,又沒什麼料,就只有蔥花又不夠特別,在櫥櫃裡翻了翻就找到一瓶檸檬胡椒粉(和一大堆巧克力豆,總不能做巧克力炒飯吧?!),想不到炒下去挺好吃的,非常有味道,那之後我就比較常用檸檬胡椒粉做菜了!

份量: 2 人份

 

材料

 

奶油              1 大匙

橄欖油          1 大匙

                     3

白飯                 4

奶油                 1 大匙

檸檬胡椒粉     2 大匙

蔥花               2/3

                        適量

 

作法

 

1. 起一油鍋加熱1大匙奶油和橄欖油,油熱後把蛋打下鍋,煎成炒蛋,當蛋不是液態後就可以加白飯了,炒勻後可以先放些鹽,把另一大匙的奶油(硬塊)放入鍋內炒一下,這樣飯會比較油亮,也可不加,再加檸檬胡椒粉炒勻,關火,加入蔥花用餘溫炒熟,加鹽調味。

Ingredients

 

Butter                          1 tablespoon

Olive oil                       1 tablespoon

Eggs                             3 pieces

Steamed rice                4 cups

Butter                           1 tablespoon

Lemon Pepper              2 tablespoon

Scallion, minced       2/3 cup

Salt                              to taste

 

Directions:

 

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan, add the egg and scramble, stir in the rice, keep stirring until rice is hot, add some salt to taste, then add the other tablespoon of chilled butter to pan, stir until melted, add the lemon pepper and stir, turn off the heat and stir in the minced scallion, add salt to taste.
