這個菜是有一次冰箱裡有一大堆東西吃不完,就通通丟下去烤出來的成果,蔬菜烤出來有一種獨特的香甜,是普通煎煮炒炸做不出來的味道,這樣做簡單又健康,一定要試試喔!!!

 

份量: 4 人份

 

材料

 

A 菜料

蘆筍                             2

紅籮蔔,切滾刀         3

蕃茄,切四瓣             8

香菇,切半               12

 

B 醬料

橄欖油                       ¼

照燒醬                       ¼

普羅旺斯香料             1 teaspoon

                                 1 teaspoon

黑胡椒粉                      1 teaspoon

 

C 材料

意大利麵,煮好         4

蛋,室溫                     1

鹽與黑胡椒粉適量

 

作法

 

  1. 將所有A 材料放入一個深一些的烤盤中,加入B醬料稍微拌一下,放入預熱350度的烤箱中烤50 分鐘。
  2. 出爐後將煮好的意大利麵放到烤好的蔬果上面,趁所有材料還熱時打一顆蛋下去,馬上拌勻,再加鹽與黑胡椒粉調味。

 

*可以在烤盤底鋪張鋁箔紙,比較容易清洗。

*出爐後加的生蛋可以增加香味,和濃稠度。

*也可以加入自己喜歡的肉類一起吃。

*意大利麵可以在烤料出爐前的15分鐘開始煮,這樣出爐時兩種都是熱的!!

*紅籮蔔不要切太大塊,不然會較硬。

Roasted Asparagus Teriyaki Pasta

 

A Group

Asparagus                         2 bunch

Carrots, cut small sticks    3 cups

Tomato, quartered             8 pieces

Mushroom, halved          12 pieces

 

B Group

Olive Oil    ¼ cup

Teriyaki sauce   ¼ cup

Herbs de Provence    1 teaspoon

Salt                                1 teaspoon

Black Pepper                  1 teaspoon

 

C Group

Spaghetti, cooked          6 cups

Egg, room temp.             2 pieces

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Direction

 

  1. Place all A materials into a deep dish baking sheet, stir in B sauce, toss to blend, place the vegetables into a preheated oven, 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  2. When the vegetables come out of the oven, immediately pour in hot cooked pasta, cock the two raw eggs onto the hot noodle, then toss well, salt and pepper to taste. 

 

*Line the bottom of the baking sheet with foil, makes clean up much easier.

*The raw eggs will cook with the remaining heat of the food, adds flavor and texture.

*Can also add favorite meat, such as roasted  chicken or ham to dish.

*Cook the pasta 15 minutes before the vegetables come out of the oven, then it’d be the perfect temperature.

*Don’t cut the carrots too big or else it wouldn’t cook right.
