青豆味增肉燥 

這道菜是去酒園渡假的時候做出來的,當時有一包退冰了的冷凍青豆,不想再帶回家了,爐子上正好在做肉燥,就丟進去一起煮了,結果是上了桌不到一下便被吃的清潔溜溜,連相片都來不及照,只好回家再做一次了,這道菜的漂亮顏色來自青豆,炒的不綠油油賣相就不好,所以下鍋後千萬不可以煮太久喔!!!

 

材料

絞豬肉                 1 ½

蒜泥                         1 大匙

味增                         3 大匙

冷凍小青豆             1

鹽與黑胡椒粉適量

 

作法

1. 加熱一油鍋炒香豬肉,待油鍋裡有油後加入蒜泥一起炒香,同時用鍋鏟弄碎一塊塊的絞肉,炒至8分熟後便可加入味增。

2. 炒勻後可將青豆整包倒入一起炒,最後蓋上鍋蓋梢悶1-2分鐘,灑上鹽與黑胡椒粉,配白飯或麵類吃。

Sweet Pea Meat Sauce

 

Ingredients

Ground pork      1 ½ lb

Minced garlic         1 tablespoon

Miso paste          3 tablespoon

Frozen peas            1 package

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

1. Heat up a sauté pan to cook the ground pork, after the pan is coated with the oil from the pork, add the minced garlic, meanwhile, break up the ground pork with a spatula, when meat is almost done, add the miso paste, stir to blend.

2. When the miso is well blended in, add the frozen peas, sauté for 2 minutes more, then add the lid on for 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, serve with rice or noodle.
